DATA LICENSING · FOR BUSINESS OWNERS
Your company’s records may show how skilled work actually gets done. A data license can give a buyer agreed rights to use selected records for AI training or evaluation. Automati helps you take the first step toward a possible introduction.

WHAT DATA COULD MEAN
Think about a request that changed, a material your team selected or a quality problem it resolved. The useful history can sit across several systems, rather than in one polished spreadsheet.
Decisions, changes, coordination and the context around the work. Describe the systems and retained years; keep the messages with your company.
The history in your ERP, project, quoting, support or production software. Retained records matter more than a software logo on your website.
Internal procedures, training materials, working methods and decision history. Files created for a customer need their own rights review.
MAKE IT CONCRETE
These are examples to explore with your team, not a list of records already accepted by a buyer.
How an order becomes a finished product.
Cost estimates, production planning, material decisions, quality checks and the resolution of unexpected problems.
How a team keeps work moving.
Quoting decisions, supplier coordination, delivery exceptions, internal procedures and the decisions behind an order.
How experienced people solve a problem.
Company-owned working methods, internal project decisions, revision history, procedures and training materials.
A clear next step, at your pace
A short form covers your company, the systems you use and the history you still retain. Estimates and unknown answers are welcome. No files needed.
We discuss the records, ownership questions and possible buyer requirements. You get a clear next step before deciding whether to take the conversation further.
With your permission, we introduce a relevant buyer. That buyer evaluates the opportunity and proposes any license, price and data-handling terms for you to review.
Tell us where your company operates, the languages in its records and how far back the accessible history goes. Buyer requirements vary; there is no universal company size or English-only rule in our initial form.
We ask for high-level descriptions. Customer-owned content, confidential material, personal information and any prior licenses need a separate review. Your company and advisers should resolve rights and data-handling questions with a buyer before sharing records.
The agreement should set out permitted use, scope, exclusivity, duration, handling of copies and payment terms. Removing names alone does not resolve every question.
We mean retained operating records that show how work happens: quotes, planning decisions, internal procedures, problem resolution and related correspondence. They may be in email, an ERP, project software or shared files. The first review asks what exists, not for the records themselves. Any dataset would need a separate ownership, confidentiality and buyer review.
Automati is an independent referral service. We help you describe the opportunity, identify questions to resolve and prepare a possible buyer introduction. We do not buy the records or determine their price. A buyer decides whether there is a fit and proposes any agreement. Automati may receive a referral fee if a deal completes.
There is no fixed payment per company or employee. A buyer evaluates the retained records, their usefulness, the rights available and its current requirements. An inquiry may result in no offer. Any actual offer needs to come from the buyer in writing.
No. The initial form only asks for contact details and high-level descriptions. Do not send customer records, employee information, confidential documents, passwords or account access. Any later sample or export belongs in a separately agreed process between your company and the buyer.
Yes. Automati welcomes inquiries from companies worldwide. Location and language are part of the review, because each buyer has its own requirements. Being in a particular country does not guarantee eligibility, and records do not need to be entirely in English to submit the form.
There is no universal threshold in our initial form. Tell us your approximate total and desk headcount, the tools holding the work and how far back accessible records go. Company age alone does not establish retained history. The relevant buyer’s current requirements determine fit.
Start with descriptions of records your company may have the right to license. A file being in your systems does not establish ownership. Customer artwork, book content, client projects, personal information and existing contractual restrictions need separate review. Your company and advisers should resolve those questions with the buyer before any records are shared.
The opportunity is a possible data license while you continue running your business. The records included, ownership terms, permitted uses, exclusivity, duration and handling of copies must be set out in the buyer’s agreement. Review those terms before deciding. Completing our form grants no license and does not authorize a buyer introduction.
Automati is an independent referrer operated by Lovemath LLC. We may receive a referral fee if a deal completes. The buyer sets its requirements and any offer. Submitting our form does not grant a data license, authorize sharing your records or guarantee a buyer introduction.
