A practical preparation tool

Map the records.
Keep the questions clear.

Build a company data inventory before a licensing conversation. Describe record groups, note what needs checking and download a CSV for your team.

Your entries stay in this page’s memory. They are not submitted to Automati or analytics or saved for a future visit. Export a copy before leaving or reloading. Use high-level descriptions, without customer names, passwords or actual records.

  1. 1. Map your records
  2. 2. Note review questions
  3. 3. Review and export

Map your records

Start with one workflow and the system or archive that holds its records. Those two descriptions are required; leave other details blank when unknown.

What this inventory helps you do

A useful inventory explains where records live, how much history is accessible and who can answer questions. Unknowns are worth recording. This tool organizes preparation; it does not value your records or determine buyer eligibility.

A company-created record can still contain confidential, personal or third-party material. Your team and advisers should resolve permissions and restrictions before any record transfer.
