By accessing or using Automati ("the Service"), operated by Lovemath LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Automati provides AI-powered image generation tools for home service businesses. Our tools generate preview images (such as holiday light installations and driveway cleaning previews) using artificial intelligence. These previews are approximations and may not exactly match real-world results.

Accounts

You must sign in with a Google account to use our tools. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

Credits and Payments

• New accounts receive 5 free AI generations.
• Additional credits can be purchased through Stripe. All purchases are final.
• Credits do not expire and can be used across any per-use tool.
• Pricing is displayed before each generation. By clicking "Generate," you authorize the charge.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape or excessively use the Service
• Misrepresent AI-generated images as real photographs

Generated Content

Images generated through our tools are provided for your commercial use, including sales presentations and marketing materials. You acknowledge that these images are AI-generated approximations and should not be represented as actual photographs.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of AI-generated images. Results may vary based on image quality, address accuracy, and AI model performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or business opportunities.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
